Interior Technicians

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Perform full cabin interior removals and reinstalls during heavy checks

Remove and reinstall seats, sidewalls, ceiling panels, galleys, lavatories, class dividers, and monuments

Remove and reinstall floorboards and support underfloor access

Install carpet, insulation, trim, and related cabin components

Support Wi-Fi and cabin modification programs alongside avionics teams

Document all work accurately in compliance with maintenance data

What We Expect

2+ years of commercial aircraft interior experience (heavy check preferred)

Strong understanding of cabin layouts and monument installation

Ability to read and follow task cards and approved maintenance data

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Professional attitude and ability to work within production schedules

Team-first mindset with strong communication

This role requires discipline, organization, and respect for process. Interior work directly impacts delivery schedules and aircraft presentation. We hire technicians who understand the responsibility that comes with that.
