Structural Technicians

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Perform structural repairs IAW SRM, engineering orders, and approved data

Remove and replace skins, doublers, stringers, frames, and structural components

Fabricate and install sheet metal parts and repair assemblies

Perform corrosion removal, treatment, and prevention

Drill, rivet, bond, and fasten to OEM and FAA standards

Support heavy checks and structural modification programs

Accurately document all work performed

What We Expect

3+ years of commercial aircraft structural experience (heavy check preferred)

Strong sheet metal fabrication and blueprint-reading skills

Ability to interpret SRM, engineering drawings, and repair dispositions

Experience with composite repairs a plus

Professional communication and production awareness

Commitment to safety and quality standards
